  2. Prepare all ingredients.to remove fish smell add some salt and carom seed.also add 6 cloves of garlic crushed and make a paste mix in half cup of water.coat all fish pieces.rest for 1 hour then wash.
  3. Marinate fish with all spices,gram flour ginger garlic paste and lemon juice.marinate for 2 to 4 hours in refrigrater
  4. Heat tawa add 2 to 3 tabsp oil.add 5 pieces of fish on tawa.cook for 5 to 6 minutes to 1 side.
  5. Flip all fish pieces.cook for 5 minutes from other side.
  6. When cook well and have a nice golden colour.remove from tawa serve hot with imli podina chutney.
