  1. FOR THE MARINATION-
  2. 500 gm Fish Fillets
  3. 1 tsp Salt
  4. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  6. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  7. 1 tsp Chat Masala
  8. as required Oil for frying
  9. 500 gm Cooked Rice
  10. 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  11. 2 tbsp Oil
  12. 2-3 Garlic cloves chopped
  13. 2 Onions finely chopped
  14. 1 cup Spring Onions chopped
  15. 2 Capsicums thinly sliced
  16. 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
  17. 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
  18. 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  19. 1 tbsp Lemon juice or Vinegar
  20. 1/2 tsp Salt
  21. 2-3 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves

Instructions to make Fish Fried Rice

  1. Heat Oil in a kadai. Saute Garlic at first followed by the rest of the ingredients as mentioned. Stir fry all of that on a low heat until ready. You can add your favourite Veggies too. I have added according to my choice. Since this is Fish Fried Rice, I didn't wanted to add too many Vegetables.
  2. Meanwhile marinate Fish Fillets with the ingredients as mentioned. Keep it aside for a good 30 minutes until the Rice gets ready. Deep fry in enough Oil as required. Drain and add it to the pot. Mix and set aside.
  3. Cook Rice al dente. Also don't forget to add Salt to it for making things easy. Add accordingly as per one's own taste. Now add this to the cooking pot as well. Fluff up the Rice gently. Adjust Salt if required. Garnish with some chopped Coriander Leaves and it's all ready to dish out.
