Instructions to make Fish Tikka biryani

  1. First take a bowl add washed fish on it
  2. Apply all spices on it n keep a side for 30 min
  3. Now fry fish in a pan on both side in oil till crispy
  4. Now take a pan add onion in it fry well till soft
  5. Add all spices in it add potatoes in it well add little water till potato tender
  6. Add granded tomato n yogurt
    Paste Add all hot spices mix well
  7. Now soaked rice in water for 40 min
  8. Boil in water n strain out the water when boil
  9. Now make first layer of rice then fry fish then add food color add chopped coriander in it
  10. Same done next layer
  11. Atlast pour tadhka of chotti ilachi n long on it
  12. Cook in a low flame At least 5 min
  13. Now ready to serve yummy fish rice biryani
