- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- half tbsp Turmeric powder

- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Shallots
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic crushed

- half tbsp Pepper powder
- 1 Big onion (sliced thinly)
- 2 (small) Tomatoes chopped

- half cup Thick coconut milk
- 2 Green chillies

- Marinate the fish with chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt & lemon juice 10min.
- Fry the marinated fish slightly in a hot pan with coconut oil. Remove from heat. Add crushed ginger garlic, chopped shallots, and sliced onion, in the same hot pan, stir it on low flame, and add the required salt, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes, green chilies & pepper powder. Stir it till it becomes soft, then add the thick coconut milk. Close it with a lid for 2 min till it absorbs. Fish Masala fillings are ready
- Place a fish on a banana leaf & fish masala fillings on top. Wrap it & tie it with a thread.
- Bake it in a preheated pan for 2 min.
