  1. 2 tins tuna fish chunks
  2. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1 tsp coriander powder
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 3 tbsp cooking oil
  9. 1 tin tomato paste
  10. 2 green chilli sliced
  11. Green coriander for garnishing
  12. 3 cups soaked rice
  13. Water for boiling

Instructions to make Tuna Fish Rice

  1. First of all take a wok heat oil fry ginger garlic paste for 2mins then add tuna fish chunks.
  2. Then add all dry spices stir it for 2 mins. Now add tomato paste and mix it well.
  3. Let it simmer for 5mins and cover it with lid. Off the flame.
  4. Now in another pot boil 2 liters of water add 2 tsp salt let it boil and add soaked rice. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Then strain the water.
  5. Now it's time for layering first spread layer of white rice and tuna fish masala.
  6. Then spread white rice again and garnish it with green coriander leaves and green chillis slices.
  7. Cover it for 5mins then mix it up side down so all flavors infused in it. Serve it hot in chilly weather.
