  2. 1 clove Garlic
  3. 2 Green onions
  4. 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  5. 2 tsp Ichimi spice
  6. 1/4 teapoon Sansho pepper
  7. 1 tsp White pepper
  8. 3 tbsp Masago or Tobiko fish roe
  9. 3 tbsp Mayonnaise

  1. Cut the tuna sashimi into 1-1.5 cm cubes. Cut the green onion in small pieces. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Add the sesame oil to the tuna, green onion and garlic from Step 1, and mix lightly.

  4. Add the fish roe and mix until it's blended into the other ingredients.
  5. Add in the mayonnaise and mix well. Taste, and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
