- Ab ik bowl me iski marination k liye paste prepare karenge. us k liye bowl me oil lenge usme red chilli powder, haldi, namak, sirka, ajwayen, soy sauce, chilli sauce, zeera powder, lehsan adrak paste add kar k ik paste banayenge.
- Ab fishes me wo paste achi tarha laga denge aur 12 hr k liye fridge me rakh denge.
- After marination taway per oil garamkar k fish fry kar lenge.
- Jab ye golden brown ho jaye gi to isay serving plate me nikal k chapati ya naan k sath serve kar denge. Enjoy!
