- 2 tablespoons Rice flour

- If you are using frozen pollock fish, squeeze the fish pieces between your palms to take out all the water.
- Now place a cling film or a plastic sheet and place all pieces one by one. Cover with another sheet and press /pound the pieces to flatten them. Alternately, you can blend the fish pieces in a blender to get paste like texture.
- Prepare the masala by grinding together garlic, ginger, chillies, coriander,lemon juice,salt and turmeric powder.
- Mix this masala with the fish and make small balls. Flatten them between your palms and coat them in rice flour.
- Heat oil in a pan and place the fish tikkis and fry from both the sides till golden brown.
- Stuff these patties between burger buns to make fish burger or enjoy as it is with mint chutney.
