  1. Firstly boil the pieces of fishes with few pods of garlic, salt & turmeric for abt 12 to 15 mins. Till it gets boiled cut onion, green chillies, capsicum & bell pepper into pieces and keep aside. Now remove the bones of the fish properly as shown in pic 2.
  2. Now heat some oil in a kadhai. Splutter some mustard seeds, curry leaves and add in all the chopped veggies in it. You can add the veggies of your choice. Now add ginger-garlic powder, onion powder, salt, sugar & turmeric powder as required. Add garam masala powder & saute it for about 5 to 7 mins., now add boiled potato & fish mixture to it and cook it for about 5 to 8 mins. Now add chopped coriander leaves to it. Add the bread crumbs and mix them all.
  3. Your fish mixture is now ready. Give the shape of your choice. Coat it with some bread crumbs and deep fry them. Insert the kababs into sticks and serve hot with any ketchup or mayo of your choice.
