- Pierce the konnyaku with a fork to make it easier to absorb flavor. Cut to about 1 cm thick. Soak in hot water to remove the harshness.
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil and cumin seeds. Turn down to low, try not to burn them.
- When the cumin seeds start crackling, add the ginger. When it is aromatic, add ● and dissolve the miso.
- When the miso has dissolved, add the konnyaku. Cook on medium heat until the liquid is nearly gone.
- Finally pour in the nam pla fish sauce to season. Then it's done!
