- In a Frying pan, Add Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds & dry roast for a minute.
- Add Carom Seeds (Ajwain) & Dry roast Until fragrant.
- In mortal & Pestle & Add Dry Roasted Spices & Crush Coarsely.
- In a bowl Add, Dry Roasted Crushed Spices, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Crushed, Yellow Food Color, Gram Flour, Tamarind Pulp, Green Chilli Paste mix well.
- Add Water and make A Fine Thick Paste.
- Add Finger fish & mix well, Cover and Marinate for 7-8 Hours (overnight bhi rakhsaktay hain).
- In a Wok, Heat Coking Oil & Fry Marinated Fish on Medium Flame until Golden Brown.
- On Fried Fish pieces Sprinkle Chaat Masala.
- Serve With Green Chutney.
