  1. This can be made in microwave or in pot on cooker
  2. Add onions, garlic and peaches to large casserole dish( or pot), and mix together well
  3. Add coriander, turmeric, cumin to mix, and stir in well
  4. Add chilli, cinnamon, ginger & nutmeg, stir in well
  5. Cover, and cook on high in microwave for 5 mins, stirring halfway. through cooking . if on stove, boil, then simmer for twenty mins stirring frequently
  6. Now add flour and stir in well. mix may be stiff but don't worry
  7. Add tom puree, mix in well
  8. Add oxo cube & curry powder, mix in well
  9. Add curry powder, salt n pepper to taste, mix in well
  10. Pour in boiling water, or stock, and stir in well, until smooth
  11. If too thick add water. If thin, leave as will thicken during cooking
  12. Cover and cook on high in microwave for 12 mins, stirring two or three times during cooking. if on stove, boil, then simmer for half hour, stirring all the time
  13. If too thick, add water, if two thin add tom puree
  14. Cook meat of choice, add sauce & enjoy. (Meats etc can be sauteed with onions, then, add ingredients directly to pot, on stove, as instructed for really tasty curry.
  15. Raisins, apples, & lemon juice, can be used instead of peaches. Use 1 teaspoon lem juice to replace tin juice. this gives stronger curry than peaches.
