  1. Wash the rice and soak in 1 hour and wash fish and marinate with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, besan, 2tbs lemon juice, 1tbs oil, mix well and keep aside 1/2 hour and take a pan then add 4 tbsp oil and lightly fry the fish and keep aside.

Take a pan add oil, onion and fry golden brown and put in the plate in a said same pan then add cumin seeds, black pepper, clove, green cardamom and tomato ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and stir fry well then add curd coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder, coriander and mint leaves, mix and stir fry until smooth masala and lemon juice and keep aside.
  3. Take a pan add water and add cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green chilli, some coriander mint leaves and lemon zest.
  4. Cook after boil add rice and cook 80% and drain well water then take a pan add 2 tbs oil and rice layer and masala layer brown onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves sprinkle and repeat the same layer again, then add fish pieces, brown onion, mint, coriander leaves, lemon juice, grind garam masala sprinkle, 4 tbsp spoon milk, 2 tbsp rose water and keep of full flame 10 minutes and 20 minutes slow flame.
  5. Now it's ready to serve.
