  15. 1 tbs sookha dhania
  16. For gravy:
  17. 1 cup oil
  18. 5 medium onions finely chopped
  19. 4 big tomatoes
  20. 1 tsp salt
  21. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  22. 1/2 TSP haldi

  1. Sb sy phly fish ko achy sy wash Kar k sirka or namak lagak 2 hours k liye rakh Dyn
  2. Ab adrak,lehsan,hari mirchain, ajwain, kasoori maithi,sookha dhania Dal k achy sy kundi mein pees Lyn
  3. Ab dahi Mein salt,red chilli flakes,red chilli powder or opr tyar Kia gya garlic Wala paste add Kar k achy sy spoon sy mix Kar Lyn
  4. Is k bad sirka or namak lgi fish ko ISI dahi sy achy sy marinate Kar k 1 hour k liye rakh Dyn
  5. Ab 1 Bry brtn mein oil garam kryn us mein onions ko hlka SA golden brown hony Dyn phir is mein tomato add kryn or salt or red chilli add kryn or msala SA bana Lyn
  6. Ab is masalay mein marinate ki hui fish Dal k 15 mint tak cook kryn Jab Sahi Ka Pani dry ho jaye to 3 mint Ka Dum laga k end py ginger or green coriander sy garnish Kar k serve kryn
  7. Note: salt or red chilli Ka spice level ap apny taste k accordingly adjust Kar lijye...
