  1. 1/2 kg Pomfret fish
  2. For fish masala
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. 1 tbsp chilli ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  6. 1 tbsp coriander powdee
  7. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. as needed Salt
  9. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  10. as required Oil for shallow fry
  11. 1 Sliced onion for Salad
  12. 1 Sliced cucumber
  13. 1 Sliced carrot for salad
  14. 1 sliced lemon

Instructions to make Fish Fry

  1. Wash and clean fish and keep aside. Take a bowl add oil add garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste oil lemon juice and make a thick paste. You can even add any ready made chilli chicken 65 masala or any ready made powder to it
  2. Now take fish in a plate and apply masala on both sides and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Now take a non-stick pan. Add 1 tbsp oil heat it. On medium flame place fish and Cook both sides till it get golden brown in colour. And cook both sides
  4. Serve fish fry with dal tadka and jeera rice and salad.... Serve hot! Enjoy... Must try and share my recipe....
