  1. For breakfast, I made a hearty soup with egg tofu. I took some tofu out of the fridge and diced up a zucchini.

  4. For lunch, I made tofu spring rolls. First, wash some lettuce and cilantro. Cut the avocado in thin strips. Fry an egg and also cut them thinly. Fry the tofu until crispy and cut.

  8. Fry the tomato in 1 tbsp oil. Salt them immediately so they break apart quicker. Add 1/2 cup water about 5 minutes later.
  9. Add fish sauce, sugar and ketchup to taste. Add the tofu in.
  10. Put on a plate and serve with rice.
  11. Chika said she was living her best dream.
