  4. Add the spices salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, haldi, garam masala. Mix and cover the pan.
  5. After 10 minutes add fish to the curry. Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  6. The curry should be a thick gravy. Serve hot with roti.
