- 4 fried Rohu fish pieces
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 medium tomato
- 5-6 Garlic cloves
- 1 Green chilli
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp meat masala
- To taste Salt
- 2 tsp Oil
Steps to make Fish Masala
- Take a pan add oil and heat it.
- On the other side make a smooth paste of tomato, one and half tsp Cumin seeds, green chilli, garlic cloves.
- When oil is heated and 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds and chopped onion and fry it till color changes to lightt golden.
- Then add masala paste and saute it for 3 mins on low flame.
- After that add turmeric powder, chilli powder,meat masala,salt and fry it for 3 mins on medium flame.
- Add fried fish and mix it with masala.
- Add 1/4 th cup water mix it and saute it for 5 mins on low flame.
- Switch of the gas stove and it's ready.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with roti/Partha.
