- Tamarind sauce
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 3 tbsp grated palm sugar or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp fishsauce
- 1 tbsp water
- Chilli garlic paste- 1 tsp each, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped red chilli and finely chopped coriander stalks and a little pinch of salt (this will make a paste)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Garnish
- 2 tbsp Crispy fried onions (you can but ready make one or finely sliced 2-3 shallots and shallow fried with vegetable oil on medium heat until golden crips
- 1 handful coriander, finely chopped
- 1/2 big red chilli, thinly slice
- 2 spring onion, finely chopped

- Trim the ends of your green beans and chop them in half, place them in a bowl and pour ofer boiling water. Cover with lid and leave it for 10 min.

- Rinse wanter off from your green beans, add your beans on the same pas as you fried your fish and sautéed your green beans for a few min. Add a splash of soysauce and black pepper. A quick toss before turn off the heat.
