  21. 5 chopped green chillies
  22. Half bunch hara Dhaniya

Instructions to make Fish curry

  1. Sub sa phly fish ko achi trhn wash Kar ke 1 lemon juice or half teaspoon salt laga kar 1 ghnty ke liye rakh dain 1 ghanty baad is par sa ik mrtba or pani guzar dain Bht ziyda rub Kar ke nahi Dhoni qk wash kar chuky hn just ik mrtba wash krni hai take achi trhn smell wghera bh nikal jy
  2. Ub is MN half teaspoon salt, vinegar, 1 lemon juice, kali mirch, kuti laal Mirch, adrak lehson paste laga kar 30 minutes ke liye rakh dain
  3. Ub jab tak fish ko marination ke liye rkha hai. Onion ka paste bana lain or tomato ki skin hata kar iska bh paste bana lain
  4. Ub ik pateela MN oil Daal kar marinate ki Hoi fish ko 10 minutes fry krn dono side sa
  5. Ub fish ko nikal kar ik trf rakh dain or isi oil MN daana meethi dalain or 1 minute bd for an he piyaz ka paste daldain
  6. Ub isy 3 minute fry krn Ub is MN adrak lehson paste add krn osy 3 minute
  7. Ub is main haldi, Dhaniya powder, Pisi laal mirch or namak add Kar ke achi trhn 4 minute bhonain
  8. Ub is MN tomatoes ka paste add Kar ke 3 minute bhonain
  9. Ub is MN dahi add Kar ke achi trhn bhonain itna ke oil separate hojy Yani 15 sa 20 minute medium flame par
  10. Ub is MN ehtiyat sa fry fish dalain or slowly bhonain 3 minute Ub Kitna gravy krni hai otna Pani add Kar ke phly high flame krn jub boil ajy to low flame par 15 minutes kiye chordain
  11. Ub agar salan ka pani dry hojy means oil upar ajy or salan near to cook ho to is MN green chillies chopped or Pisa garam masala bh add krdain or 2 minute baad chopped hara Dhaniya bh add krdain or 2 minute baad flame off krdain
