  6. As the sauce is simmering, add oil to your deep frying pan. Heat till hot then dip in your fish. Fry till well cooked. Once done transfer the fish to pot with sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes then remove from heat.
  7. Serve with rice or ugali🤤🤤
