- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 medium Potato
- 8 Cauliflower florets
- 1 bay leaf
- 2-3 green chilli
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
- as per taste Salt,
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil (for curry)
- 1 bunch finely chopped Coriander
Instructions to make Fish Cauliflower Curry
- Marinade fish with salt + turmeric, marinade for 10 -12 minutes and then shallow fry till golden brown and keep aside.

- Assemble all ingredients, parboil cauliflower florets and potato cubes.

- In moderately heated pan/ kadhai, add oil, add bay leaf + cumin seeds and allow to crackle, then add cauliflower + potato cubes + little salt + ginger + green chilli and sauté for 3 - 4 minutes, then add chopped tomatoes + all spices and stir fry till spices leaves oil and turns aromatic, tomatoes turned mushy.

- Now add 1 - 2 cups warm water (depending on gravy consistency) and give nice rolling boil of 3-4 times. Then add fried fish + garam masala + sugar and give 2-3 times boil.
LASTLY add ghee + chopped coriander, mix well and simmer for 2 minutes, curry is ready.
