  1. Marinade fish with salt + turmeric + cumin powder + coriander powder + red chilli powder and marinade for 15 - 20 minutes and then shallow fry 50 % - 60%.
  2. Assemble ingredients
  3. Tear bread into pieces.
  4. Remove skin and bones very gently from fish and keep aside. Don’t mash it fully, keep it bit chunky.
  5. In moderately heated pan add oil, add ginger and sauté for few seconds then add chopped onion and sauté till pinkish.
  6. Then add salt + coriander powder + cumin powder + pepper powder and add fish also.
  7. Sauté for 5-6 minutes under low to medium flame. Keep aside and allow to cool.
  8. Add milk into bread pieces and mash gently.
  9. Transfer fish mixture on a mixture dish, add bread + corn flour + chilli flakes + coriander and mix gently.
  10. Grease palms and give shape of rolls.
  11. Coat with corn flour all over nicely.
  12. Deep fry rolls till crisp and golden brown from all sides.
  13. Rolls are ready to serve. Sprinkle slight Rock Salt and serve.
  14. Serve with tomato sauce and salad.
