- 1/4 C cooking oil
- 1 tbsp FINELY JULLIENED Ginger
- E. Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp chicken seasoning powder
Steps to make Fried Fish in Salted Black Beans
- Recreating one of our favourite childhood canned food, 'Fried Dace with Salted Black Beans'. Use Dace or small fresh Sardine fish. Clean and remove heads.
- A - Rub sardines with turmeric powder and chicken seasoning powder or salt. Heat up cooking oil in a pan and deep fry sardines until both sides turn crispy. Keep aside.
