- Heat oil
- Add ginger, garlic fry for a minute
- Now add onion and capsicum fry for 2 minutes
- Now add cabbage fry for another 1 minute

- Now add cornflower and water mixture

- Now add green chilli, green onion, and coriander and mix well and cook for 2 minute
