  19. 7-8 cloves Lehsan (Garlic)
  20. 1 tsp or to taste salt
  21. 1 tbsp Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
  22. 1/4 tsp Kala namak (Black salt)
  23. 3/4 cup Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp)
  24. 3-4 tbs or as required water

  1. In a frying pan,add cumin seeds,coriander seeds & dry roast for a minute.
    -Add carom seeds & dry roast until fragrant.
    -In mortal & pestle,add dry roasted spices & crush coarsely.
  2. Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed,yellow food color,gram flour & mix well.Fry fish masala is ready (for 1 kg fish).
    -Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month.
