  3. Now add another 2 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tsp Bengali panchforon, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 dry red chilli, 2 green chillies, bay leaf and chopped tomatoes. Mix well and just add 2 tbsp water. Once the tomatoes are soft add the fried vegetables and green peas and mix well
  4. Add water to submerge the vegetables and add salt to taste. Add 1 satchet Maggi Masala powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and simmer till the vegetables are cooked
  5. Add fried fishes and 2 more green chilli cover and finally some fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice.
