- Wash Fish and Marinate it with these ingredients at least 2 hours
Salt + Red chilli+turmeric +Coriander powder+ lemon juice+yoghurt +ginger garlic paste - Add oil in pan and add curry pata

- Add Marinated fish and fry it till oil spread
- Add water and steam it 10 mins.
- Garnish with garam Masala and fresh Coriander
