  1. Marinade: in bowl mix soy sauce, fennel powder, white vinegar, black pepper powder, salt, 🌢️kashmiri red chillies powder, turmeric powder, 🌞 sunflower oil, coriander & cumin powder mix well, rub on the🐟 fish pieces, marinade for 1 hr, cut vegetables keep aside, soak rice
  2. After 1 hr shallow fry the 🐟 fish pieces, on slow flame, until golden brown, keep aside.
  3. Heat 🌞 sunflower oil, add cumin seeds, chopped onions πŸ§… just saute it.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste, cook for 1 min, add πŸ… chopped Tomato, 🌢️kashmiri red chillies powder, coriander & cumin powder,mix cook till oil comes out.
  5. Add green chillies paste, biryani masala, soy sauce, chopped coriander leaves, mix, cook for 1 min, add yoghurt and salt mix.
  6. Add chopped πŸ₯•πŸ₯”vegetables,pigeon peas and mix cook for 2 mins, add 🍚 rice and mix well, let boil, cook until 🍚 rice is soft and tender.
