- 1 tbsp yoghurt

- Mix together the fish, salt, turmeric powder and the lemon juice. Leave to marinate in the ‘fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Heat the oil on a medium heat in a pan and fry the onions for about 10 minutes or until golden brown take out to the paper towel crushed by hand and set aside.
