  4. To the wok add garlic. 1 minute later add noodles. Mix and fold well. 2 minutes later add sauce and mix and fold. Last, add scallions, sprouts and peanuts. Do not scorch. Cook until done.
  5. Squeeze lime juice on top and serve.
